The Ibanez Talman is one of the coolest retro style guitars out there. Cool designs mixed with modern performance. Sort of a Dano meets Strat hybrid. Nice quality and innovative features. The body is made of Ibanez' proprietary Resoncast material. The maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets. A trio of Lipstick Tube single coils dish out big tone. A vibrato bridge and sealed tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is classic black and is set off by a pearloid pickguard. A really fun guitar for not a lot of bucks!

This Talman feels great and sounds good. The neck is straight and the frets are good. The pickups sound great. I was told they were Kent Armstrongs but I haven't verified that. A great little guitar. This would be a good guitar for a player. It shows moderate pick, clearcoat and belt scratches as well as some dents and dings. Not mint but still a decent looking guitar. Comes in a pleather gigbag.

The Talman line was one of my favorites. Cool looks and features for a low price. Unfortunately it has been discontinued and is tough to find on the used market. Here's a cool one that's priced for almost everyone.
