The Burns Marquee is a great tribute to Hank Marvin's famous instruments. Full of vibe and great features. The body is made of alder for great tone. The neck is maple and features a maple fingerboard with dot inlays. A trio of the famous Burns Rez-O-Matic pickups are hooked to a 5 way switch and unique push pull pot.  The Burns Twin Pivot vibrato system offers cool whammy action. Sealed tuners keep it rock solid. This example is finished in a very cool and vintage blue. This hip hue is set off by a retro pickguard and gold hardware. A very cool looking guitar with great build quality. An incredible tribute to one of the coolest guitars of the era.

This Burns guitar has great feel and good tone. The neck is comfortable, the action is low and the frets are well dressed. The pickups sound excellent and have awesome sparkle and clarity. Lots of versatility. Everything works as it should. Condition wise, this one would be fine for a player. It shows moderate pick, clearcoat and belt scratches as well as some dents, dings and normal wear. Not a collector piece but still solid. Trem arm MIA. Comes in a gig bag.

Burns guitars are hard to find in the US. A real pity as they are great instruments for the bucks. Incredible looks and tons of rich tones. How can you beat it? This may be your best chance to grab one in a rarely seen color.
