1997 Jackson Scott Ian JJ1! SOLD!

Click any picture for supersize view!

Stripped down and ready to rock! Designed by Scott Ian of Anthrax, the Jackson JJ1 is a serious piece of work. Made in the USA of quality materials. The body is poplar for great tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard. Dual Seymour Duncan pickups dish out big tone. A Wilkinson wraparound bridge and sealed tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is classic black for a killer look. The headstock features a cool ransom note style Jackson logo. A great metal, punk and hard rock guitar!

This Jackson plays great and has great tone. The fingerboard is nice and flat and the frets are big so shredding is no problem. The pickups dish out big metal tone. This is a fine used guitar. It shows light to moderate pick and clearcoat scratches and normal playwear. About what you would expect from an 11 year old instrument that has been used.  Comes in a hardshell case.

Jackson no longer offers the Scott Ian model nor do they offer the cool Junior shaped body. This is a tough guitar to find on the used market. A good value for a genuine USA made Jackson.
