Small body, HUGE sound! Don't let this guitar's diminutive size fool you, it sounds a lot bigger than it is. Surprising volume and body for such a tiny package. The top, back and sides are solid mahogany for good tone. The 21.38 inch scale mahogany neck features a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. 11 1/4 inches at the lower bout, 3 5/8ths inches deep and only 15 3/4's inches long.  A very comfortable couch guitar and great for travel. Marty Robbins most famously played a 5-18 version of this model. Many players tune it to the terz tuning for added snap. Satin finish for great tone. Made in the USA. A great little guitar. Fun to play and a nice addition to your recording and performing arsenal!

This Martin plays great and nice tone. The neck is straight and the frets are good. The guitar has surprising tone and projection for such a small package. An incredibly fun guitar to play. This is a nice used guitar. It shows light pick and clearcoat scratches on the body and some heavier scratches and indents on the bottom edge from a stand. No big deal. No repairs, cracks or funny business. Comes in original hardshell case.

This is a wonderful instrument sure to delight fingerpickers or big strummers. Surprisingly good sounds that compete with many bigger guitars. Don't think of it as a travel guitar. Travel guitars can be cheap and tinny. This one has its own big voice. No longer in production, these are tough to find.
