Great Mosrite sound! The Mosrite Ventures II was introduced in the mid 60s to bring more players that great Ventures sound! Johnny Ramone used an earlier Mosrite II for his trademark sound.  The German carved basswood body has the famous upside down Strat shape. The slim maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Dual pickups dish out big tones. Kluson tuners, a Mosely Vibrato and an adjustable bridge round out the hardware. The finish is the original blue. Quite a cool looking guitar with tons of vibe!

This Mosrite has the trademark slim neck and low frets. The frets are low and thin for easy playability. The neck shape is small and easy to play. The pickups are clear and articulate. Everything works as it should. This is a nice used guitar. It shows normal scratches, dents, dings and checking as you would expect of a 60s guitar. Cool vibe. There is a wear spot on the back of the neck visible by clicking here. It looks to have been caused by the neck support in the case. It doesn't bother me to play but picky players may wanna smooth it with sandpaper. Comes in original hardshell case.

Original 60s Mosrites are quite expensive. The MKII model has all of the important features and looks but is much more affordable. A great way to get the NMosrite sound at a great price.
