Looking for acoustic bass tone but electric bass comfort? Look no further! The Godin A4 offers players the tone of an unplugged instrument in a package that's roughly as big as an electric bass. It's light weight too making your next gig a real pleasure. Made in the USA from Canadian components, Godins are well known for their quality. This one features a chambered maple body with a solid spruce top and cello inspired bracing pattern. The 34 inch scale maple neck features a 16 radius rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets. An LR Baggs pickups system is coupled to a preamp with volume, middle, bass, and treble controls.  Sealed tuners and a rosewood bridge round the features. The finish is a semi gloss natural that really lets the tone out. Feedback resistant, comfortable and fun to play, the Godin A4 could be your next bass!

Like most Godins I've had in stock, this bass has nice tone and good feel. The neck is comfortable, the frets are good and the action is low. The electronics work fine delivering a warm tone with an acoustic edge. This is a clean used bass. It shows light pick and clearcoat scratching. Very nice condition. Comes in a hardshell case.

Godin instruments are well regarded by players. They combine great build quality with good tone and playability. They are also a tremendous value. A new A4 bass will cost you $999 in stores. Here's a nice used one for a lot less. BUY IT NOW and save some serious dough!
