Many guitar nuts know Godin for offering top notch quality and playability at a great price. This Freeway Classic is no exception. Godin's take on the classic double cutaway solidbody and a lotta bang for the buck. The double cutaway silver leaf maple and poplar body offers nice warm tone. The maple top is nicely figured and offers added snap and sustain. The 25.5 inch scale hard rock maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard with a flat fingerboard radius and 22 medium jumbo frets. Dual Godin humbuckers team up with a single coil in the middle for a variety of tones. Godin's smooth trem and sealed tuners keep it rock solid. This example is finished in a gorgeous lightburst that really sets off the beauty of the woods. If you are tired of overpriced guitars that don't deliver check out a Godin!

Like most Godins I've had in stock, this guitar is a good player. Nice, low, low action. Good feel. The dual humbuckers sound good and work great. Condition wise, this is a nice used guitar. It shows light pick and clearcoat scratches and normal playwear. Well taken care of. Comes in a gigbag.
Godin has always brought out some great no frills guitars for players. The

Freeway's vaguely Strat flavor will appeal to a wide variety of guitarists. It's no one trick pony though and can do a lot of different styles. A new one will cost you $625 at the super stores. Why not buy a used one and save some bucks?
