Big and orange! The 6120-60 recreates the original  Chet Atkins models and includes all of the vibe players love.  The hollow body is laminated maple for classic tone. The 2 piece maple neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with neo classical half moon inlays. Dual Filtertron pickups deliver vintage tone. Sealed tuners and a Gretsch space control bridge keep it rock solid while a Bigsby B-6 vibrato tailpiece allows twangy wiggles. The finish is classic Gretsch orange transparent. If you don't have 15K for a vintage 6120, this one's for you!

This 6120 plays great with low action and nice feel. The frets are good and the neck is straight. The pickups sound awesome and offer tons of vintage tone. Everything works as it should. A great guitar. This is a clean guitar too. It only shows light pick and clearcoat scratches, some light indents, and some fading of the gold hardware. The pickguard has went on a permanent vacation. Comes in an aftermarket TKL hardshell case which is a bit big for the guitar but still functional.

The 1960 6120 is an acknowledged classic in the guitar world. One of the most pleasing designs of the era. Luckily you can get the next best thing to an original. Here's a nice clean reissue that will save you some serious dough.
