Here's a great Gretsch with some awesome upgrades. The 6120-60 recreates the original  Chet Atkins models and includes all of the vibe players love.  The hollow body is laminated maple for classic tone. The 2 piece maple neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with neo classical half moon inlays. The pickups have been upgraded to TV Jones Classics. Upgraded Sperzel locking tuners and an upgraded Tuneomatic bridge keep it rock solid while a Bigsby B-6 vibrato tailpiece allows twangy wiggles. The finish is classic Gretsch orange transparent. The hardware is a cool mix of gold and chrome plated. A budget Setzer model!

This 6120 plays great with low action and nice feel. The frets are good and the neck is straight. The pickups sound awesome and offer tons of vintage tone. Everything works as it should. A great guitar. This is a solid used example for a player. In overall VG condition, it has seen some use. Moderate pick, clear, and belt scratches as well as moderate indents and dings. The hardware shows some corrosion. Finish chip on back of HS near tuner. All in all fine for a player but not for a collector. Comes in a Gretsch hardshell case which is functional but has a broken latch.

The 1960 6120 is an acknowledged classic in the guitar world. One of the most pleasing designs of the era. Here's an upgraded reissue that will save you some serious dough.
