Guild continues to be one of the best bang for the buck brands out there. Their unbelievable Newark St collection recreates classic 50s and 60s models at affordable prices. This X-175 Manhattan model is a great example of the breed. True to the originals in construction and materials. The hollow body features a laminated spruce top and laminated maple back and sides. The 3 piece maple/mahogany neck features a 24.75 inch scale bound rosewood fingerboard with block inlays. Dual Franz style pickups deliver amazing vintage tone. A Guild Bigsby vibrato teams with an Adjustomatic bridge and Grover Statite tuners for solid performance. The finish is a gorgeous vintage natural blonde. An incredible hollowbody for the bucks!

This Guild plays great and has excellent tone. The neck is straight, the frets are good and action is low. The electronics sound great. Everything works as it should. This is a very clean used guitar in EX condition. Very low play time. It shows very light pick and clearcoat scratches. Super clean. Comes in original hardshell case.

Guild's latest offerings have revived the tradition of their vintage instruments. This X-175 is a great guitar that recreates that vibe of the original jazzboxes. An amazing value too.
